The stiff, inflatable floor mat is designed for the Anfibio Revo CL. The floor mat is a necessary prerequisite for self-bailing (sitting above the waterline) and it also gives the boat excellent handling characteristics and ensures optimal water position.
The inflatable floor significantly stiffens the lower hull. It provides a stronger profile, which makes the boat more stable, faster and more responsive. Glide, buoyancy and edging improve noticeably. In addition, the mat is designed to fill the interior well, leaving little room for residual water.
Assembly
When setting up the boat, it is important to first position the uninflated mat centrally and as far forward as possible in the uninflated boat. Then inflate first the mat and then the boat (with inflation bag and then with hand pump). The bailing hose can be kept open (turned outward, self-bailing) or closed (turned inward).
Seat configurations
Since the floor mat already reaches a certain build height (to ensure the bailing function), there are several options as a seat (depending on preference). The PackSeat light is comfortable, but may be a bit tippy (high center of gravity). The FoamSeat is lower and supports the drainage of water very well (through channels). In white water it is our recommendation. Tall people (but under 100 kg payload) can also sit entirely without a seat, directly on the mat.
A total of nine chambers are separated by bars (baffles), which provides adequate surface area and stability.
