Standard loops with an increased diameter distribute the tensile force more evenly over the underlying fabric. Anfibio GrabLoops are therefore particularly recommended for ultralight boats.
?Due to the backed stitching and the 1000den strong fabric the GrabLoops achieve a tensile strength of over 200kg.
The Anfibio GrabLoops can be used as additional tie downs on the packraft. They provide additional attachment options, making the packraft even more versatile. It can be handy to have additional attachments to clip small things such as waterproof cameras, bottles and strap long objects (skis, fishing rod etc.). Some boater also built full rail rigs and floor anchors.
Most Packrafts come standard with 4-9 loops depending on the model, which is sufficient to carry a boat and attach luggage. Overall, we do not recommend "decorating" the boat. The simplier, the better.
